WPG is celebrating after winning the competitive tender to become the official printers for one of the West Midland’s longest-running business publications, Prosper Magazine.
WPG has partnered with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce to print their relaunched, Prosper magazine, a magazine with over 30 years of history.
The 80-page magazine is the Black Country’s longest established business publication, it has recently undergone a complete redesign offering a refreshing rebrand and making it a bigger, better and bolder read.
The team at WPG printed the magazine on a high-quality Komori LS829P printer, built with LED dryers. The process allows the ink to dry instantly on the offset paper which was chosen by the Chamber for the new look magazine.
The magazine, printed quarterly, measures 265mm x 200mm and is printed with a 300gsm cover and 120gsm text throughout.
Press, PR and Communications Officer, Sarah Thompson, commented on the relationship: “We chose to work with WPG for the launch of our Prosper magazine, for the print and in-house mailing facility, due to the vast experience of Paul and the team there.
“WPG was recommended to us, and following an exhaustive tender process, their expertise and ‘can do’ attitude has been invaluable to us as we relaunch the longest-running business publication in our region following its complete makeover.”
Managing Director at WPG, Paul Jones, also commented: “We were up against a number of other printing companies, so it was great to be chosen as the printers of the new magazine.
“I’m so proud of the WPG team, who did a great job turning this big project around so quickly and with a great finish. I look forward to working with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce in the future.”
