How do I place an order?
To place an order, all you need to do is contact our Sales department. They have the knowledge to help you make the best decision on your printing job, and they will run through the whole process for you. The sales team will take information from you to raise a quote with our estimating department. After the quote is raised, they will get back in touch with you with the quote. Then it is up to you if you would like to place the order or not. If your job is urgent, we can push your job through as quickly as possible on request.

What is a proof and why is it important to approve?
A proof is a copy of the final design before it goes to print. It’s important to check the proof in case of a rare occurrence of an error or any last minute amendments to be made to the final design
Can I have a printed proof?
Yes we can provide a digitally printed proof on the Nexpress digital press
When will I receive my proof?
After the job is booked in you will receive an email PDF proof within 24-48 hours
What is the best file format for submitting a document for printing?
Please supply all artwork as a print-ready PDF, and as single pages rather than page spreads. Please contact Ross Kearsley, our studio manager, for any further guidance.
How long will it take for you to complete my order?
Standard basic orders are usually despatched within 1 week’s turnaround after proof approval. Please check with your account manager when placing your order to ensure we can meet your printing project deadlines
Who will look after my account?
You will be assigned an experienced and dedicated client account manager who will be responsible for project managing the whole process from receipt of your artwork to the final delivery of your print project. Please visit our Meet the Team page to see the people behind the sales team.
Do you provide free samples?
We are happy to send you free samples in the post to show case our print quality, paper stocks, binding and finishing processes
