Litho Printing

In our expert hands, litho print will give you the razor sharp images and colour definition that you expect. Digital Printing
We offer digital printing without compromise, with 24 hour turnaround times. WPG has a large installation of black & white and colour digital printers. We also offer large-format solutions.
Digital printing enables the delivery of dynamic short-run printing on an industrial scale with faster turnaround times and it can combine personalisation and variable data printing.
Modern digital print processes are as good as litho quality printing, but it benefits by having no set-up fees and of course an extremely fast turnaround. We can offer all the product range of Litho Printing, but with more affordable qualities and faster timescales.
Efficient Workflow
Insite - Pre-press Portal System
WPG has installed the Kodak Insite Pre-Press Prinergy Workflow system. This powerful, user-friendly collaboration tool provides secure Web access for all our customers, pre-press operators and sales representatives. This gives them remote submission, progress tracking, along with remote proofing and online approvals. This automates and simplifies most of the pre-press functions. Pre-flighting and refining begins automatically and customers are alerted immediately if there are any problems. The Insite Pre-Press Portal is a key component to a high-speed automated workflow system with fewer errors and reduced costs.
Storefront
Alongside Insite, WPG is also offering the Kodak Storefront system. This combines on-line ordering and purchasing, providing a new level of customer convenience. This will make it easier and quicker to order from WPG. We are also able to customise Storefront to become a functional branded customer web portal. This will allow our customers to create a Storefront for their products using the WPG Portal. It is secure, flexible and creates a simplified purchasing option. It gives the ultimate self-service convenience for efficient file and project management.

FSC/PEFC Paper Usage
WPG has achieved both FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody certification and can provide an ever-growing choice of certified papers. Once a suitable paper has been chosen, we can supply the correct labels to use and supply the chain of custody number for you.
